I want to delete all network connections from showing up in my available wireless connections except for my own. How do I do

IFAIK, when the device searches for WiFi connections, it will report back all that it has found and there is no way to prevent this. I searched this out when I noticed a household member connecting to a neighbors WiFi but never found a way to stop it showing up in Windows Vista.
The neighbor finally put encryption on the WiFi. If you have a similar issue, then offer to help the neighbor make their connection more secure.
