I am having trouble deciding which one would be best to go for outta these two:

Same price point
Gigabyte = 4gb, Sapphire = 2gb

+ Gigabyte seems to have better warranty according to this: http://forums.overclockers.co.uk/showthread.php?t=18231329
+? My mobo is Gigabyte

+ My previous Sapphire card lasted me a very long time
+ Faster memory
+ Higher core clock

I'm not sure which to go for.

Both of them are great. If you plan to crossfire later or you are on heigher resolutions (more than full HD like 1440p or 4k something), get the 4 GB version, otherwise, 2GB version will be enough.

I seem to see a lot of problems with Gigabyte cards on here, but I still think they're okay cards. You don't need 4gbs on a 270x, but if they're the same price, you might as well, if you ever pick up another one for crossfire it won't hurt.
