is a10-7850k is better than fx 6300+ hd 7750.? and will hd 7750 support mantle

It is similar, both the GPU in the A10-7850K and the HD7750 have 512 cores, but the A10-7850K uses the DDR3 memory in your PC and the HD7750 uses GDDR5 which is much faster (i'm aware that some HD7750 come with DDR3). And yes, both GPU support Mantle because they are build on the same architecture (GCN).

If you're on gaming, i recommend spending more on the GPU and less on the CPU.

I say you should get for the CPU a Athlon X4 750K or 760K or FX-4300, few games use more than 4 cores and Mantle reduces the need of a really powerful CPU.

And for the GPU at least a HD 7770 up to the R7 260X. I think the 7700-series is becoming cheaper. You will need GCN cards if you want to use Mantle.
