500-600 dollar gaming computer for rome 2

I need a computer build for playing rome 2 total war. I only need it to play total war games. I have been playing empire and Napoleon for a while and like them. My current computer would self destruct if rome 2 was within a 100 ft of it. $500-$600 budget.

You would look to spend around 50% of your budget ($600) on a good GPU to run Rome Total WAR. This would leave you with $300 for all other components. That is extremely tight, unless like the other mentioned you would be recycling parts from your other computers. Please list what you currently own.

My old computer is an ms-163k laptop.(won't work for parts) I just need it to run on low to medium settings.
