Hello. Right now i have windows 8.1 on my pc. I have windows 8 genuine DVD, and i got the update to windows 8.1 via windows store ( free) . Now, if i reinstall windows 8 on the ssd ( now it is on hdd) will i be able to update it to 8.1 and how? Thank you

first install windows 8, then make sure to install all the updates before atempting to install windows 8.1.... windows 8.1 is more like an update...just search for it in the market, the install will prompt you every step of the way....not very hard...if you have a slow internet connection, it might take a long time....good luck
