What gpu should i get?

Hello i want to buy a new gpu my current is gt 640 i have stopped at palit gtx 770 and gtx 760 msi am with i5 3350p next year i will try to get the haswell 4670k am not sure so i watched a few videos and on games like bf4 and ac4 i dont see any difference so first of all should i realy get a new cpu fast as i can or i can play with it games like crysis 3 on max with shadow on low and no AA at 60 frames without drops and what psu should i get if i go with the 770? my current is 500w

Um i dont know the psu cuz my pc is buyed acer predator g3620 atx case

go with gtx 770. 500 W is enough for that card, although recommended is higher. I had a 450W PSU with GTX 780 and i7 3770 and played games like bf4 at ultra settings.
Later i changed it to seasonic x650 W. for now buy the card later on u can buy PSU.

Dude that psu is gold thx vert much sadly i live in bulgaria and our stores doesnt have that card but i found one
