I have little to no knowledge of networking so please forgive any stupid/obvious questions 
I just got a work from home job. They are sending me a thin client that has to hook up to my modem. They told me no other devices could be connected to the internet during my shifts. I'm not the only one in my house that uses the internet so I'm wondering if there is a way to have a to have two separate connections (one for my work and one for the rest of the family) without running a whole new line?
