Remove cables from RJ45 port after using punch down tool

We used a punch down tool to get our RJ45 wall socket connected to the wire. Is there any way to undo this action without having to throw the socket away? The wire is no problem, but we're afraid we have to buy new wall sockets since we can't find any information about undoing this.

Just carefully pull them out. It actually is too easy sometimes. If you pull 1 wire at a time they come out pretty easy. I suppose if you do it too much i suspect you will wear them out.

Just pull up and out very carefully but firmly. They're designed to be reused.
