Hi guys,
Just wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction here..
When streaming, I'm only getting about 1Mbps (bit not byte) but my connection speed is about 12Mbps-13Mbps..
For example youtube HD videos are shockingly slow ~1Mbps, while torrents, driver downloads and updates etc are fine at around 13Mbps. I don't think its restricted to Flash player because HTML5 player is the same. I've done all the usual stupid fixes like clearing temp files and all that.
I've got plenty free RAM, GPU and CPU to spare.. so its not a 'specs' issue.
Any thoughts?

It would make sense because streaming NEVER goes past 1.2Mbps except for the occasional spike..
