If the CPU melts or get way too hot. Does the warranty still work?

I have a laptop.

CPU - 3612QM

Every core get's a bit over 90 degrees when I play tf2 for a couple of minutes.

The warranty should work as long as you're using stock cooler and not overclocking, but never had to do anything like replacing a fried CPU so yea

The system should shut itself down before anything melts. But yeah, your warranty should cover something like that if you haven't modified the PC in any way.
