I'd pay a little more and get Gigabyte z87x-d3h, MSI z87 G45 or ASRock z87Extreme 4. Since Extreme3 is using those cheap and unreliable d-pak mosfets from ancient times.

For sure go the extreme4 if you are willing to spend the extra, the Extreme4 would be my preference but it isn't $120, but it is well worth the extra due to feelingtheblanks reasons. It should be around $135 on newegg for the Extreme4.
