SSD disappeared from Computer after chkdsk /f

My secondary drive has become completely inaccessible after a ran a chkdsk /f on it. It is telling my I need to format it to use it again. I have hundreds of gigabytes worth of files on this disk and i would very much like to keep them. Can anyone help?
