Need advice on my system

I just bought an Asus nvidia gtx 650 ti boost dcuii 2gb ddr5...
I have overclocked it to 1202mhz core which boosts upto 1359 in game, memory to 6600...
I want to know I have an i3 2120 processor and an x16 pcie 2.0 slot...
does this bottle neck the gpu..?

Will it bottleneck? Probably no. However I do think that this setup will need another upgrade sooner or later with Ivybridge CPU and GTX 650 Ti Boost

Your graphics card and CPU are both too slow for a PCI-e x16 2.0 slot to bottleneck them. In CPU limited games, your CPU will bottleneck your GPU, and in GPU limited games, you'll bottleneck at the GPU. That's just the way it is. GPU bottlenecking can be reduced or eliminated by lowering your rendering resolution.

I have tried it by increasing voltage and power limit but I don't know to set the clocks while editing the bios, its just boost past stable...

I think it's better to just let it run cool so that it'll scale itself higher with GPUBoost

Cool..? It runs at 75 degrees in hitman absolution, crysis 3 etc at highest settings....
