look into a PH-TC12DX by Phanteks as well, just built one into a system that a friend ordered, fans fall short of the dimm slots. the tc14 will probably get close to hovering on the dimms, in which case i think the Noctua would be a better bet. the tc14 should be more than ample enough unless you're going bonkers with OC

just put teh PH-TC12DX into an h440, it's near silent while under load... have an older Noctua NH-C12P, and that wa dead silent, prefer the noctua fans, but totally different unit... either should be a solid choice, the paste in teh phanteks is phenomenal
