What Router Can Monitor Bandwidth Usage on All Devices?

Unlike the others asking about a specific router, I'm open to any router that can monitor all the bandwidth usage of all the devices. We have PC's, Macs, iPads, Smart Phones, Tablets, Tivo, etc. As most know, Comcast is limiting usage to 300 GB a month and I really want to be proactive. I'd prefer a router that comes with the features instead of having to install custom code.

Thank you for any help.

You would really need a firewall that has disk storage because you are talking about keeping utilization data over a very long period of time. Pretty much a router runs completely from memory so it can only save very shorts amounts of data.

The only option I know are using a commercial device that supports netflow or jflow and a external server to collect the data. dd-wrt also has a similar ability to collect its version of netflow. In any case you need a server to collect the data and produce the reports.

There is a third party firmware called gargoyle that can set bandwidth caps. I never bothered to look how it keeps data long term but it does have the ability to cap utilization over periods of time. I suspect if you reboot...

I am going to be any solution that you could just buy and run you will not be able to afford. The one commercial appliance I know of starts at $10,000 and is meant for hotel use.
