Best Cooler ~$30 USD

I have been looking at a FX-8320 for a new build im making soon and i was wondering what CPU cooler all of you reccomend to me that i buy i have been looking at the Cooler Master Hyper 212 PLUS
but before i go out on a limb and buy it not knowing how well it will cool i wanted to ask some "pros" at Overclocking since i am quite new to the secene and have only done a light OC and a laptop A6

The only cooler worth looking at aside from the $50+ coolers is the 212+ or 212EVO.

I personally love the NZXT respire T40. Kept my i7 870 maxed out under 70c.

looks like a great cooler to me with copper heat pipes and a not over the top fin design ... hows the ram clearence? i might run into some issues with my G.Skill Ripgaws 8Gb (2x4Gb) it has a tall heatsink on it

It might. I have low-profile RAM, and I can't take out the first two sticks, but it doesn't hit them. It's also wide; don't expect to fit wires between it and the first pci-e slot.
