Can this rig get steady 144 fps on ultra @ 1080p on most games?

Here is a link to a review of a Evga 780 Ti Classified with a 4770k OC'ed to 4.2Ghz so you can judge for yourself...

In short...no. If your not in a hurry to build this system, the 790 is rumored to be released soon if you aren't partial to it being a dual gpu card. It will most likely get you close to your goal, but it will most likely cost as much as the Titan BE as well ($1000-1100). Anyway you can see the benches for yourself on the 780 Ti i have listed, hope this helps!

Add a second 780 Ti, and yes, 144+ fps average on Ultra.

If we're talking about BF4 here, on Ultra 4X MSAA @ 1080p, I would average around 110-115 FPS with SLI 780s. Granted, 780s aren't as fast as the 780 Ti, but a single card will not average 144 fps on ultra. It -might- be possible if you don't use MSAA, and turn down a few settings.
