Hi, I just bought a Video Card a 2 months ago since my older one went bad, also replaced my PSU for a GS600 corsair, I have an I5 2500K 6GB Rams, HD 7870 and I've been having the following issues:
The computer worked just fine the first few weeks after having a nightmare with the older Graphic Card and PSU but then When I played a few games and minimizing/maximizing them the computer would freeze, give BSOD or crash and shutdown randomly, stopped doing that when I switched to windowed fullscreen mode, but the last few days I'm having the same issues with some games, and I've always have the same system logs:

what is it? need help please, can't seem to get this PC working just fine since like a year.
