Getting short bursts of freezing, buzzing sound from speakers, just after moving my PC into a different apartment.

I sometimes get a buzzing through the speakers along with a short freeze of the mouse and the rest of the computer at pretty regular intervals. This usually happens when watching some kind of media like YouTube, music and movies from my HDD, and especially Pandora. Playing games like AC4 Black Flag I notice some very minor instances of this happening, not nearly as much as when listening to Pandora. Closing the offending program will lessen the problem, sometimes getting rid of it entirely. Also this probblem doesn't usually happen soon after starting media, usually 10mins-1hr later.

This all started happening after I moved my PC a short distance in my car to my new apartment, no damage was apparent.

I'm on WiFi but I was before as well, they internet/router does suck here, though.

I'm using the automatic overclocking utility from ASUS, my Mobo manufacturer.

Also running Crossfire.

Random DXDIAG stuff.

Do you mean on the mobo, or outside the case? When I gently try to wiggle the speaker cable coming from the back of the motherboard nothing happens. Also the buzzing/freezing happens at fairly regular intervals when it happens. For example freeze, 2 seconds, freeze, 2 seconds, etc. The freezing and the time in between freezing are variable at any given "problem time"

Thank you for your help so far, by the way.

I'll try testing the psu in the next few days. For now I'd like to add that when restarting my computer it powered on for a second, then powered off, then on, then off. It then powered on for a third time for good. This happened a second time the next time I rebooted, and then the time after that it started normally. This has not happened before.
