recently i have installed amd fx6300 black with amd 7870DD,gigabyte 78LMT-USB3 , have corsair cx 500 with 4 gb ram....now when i start playing farcry 3, the cpu temp goes and stabilizes at about 63 degree Celcius....GPU is around 70 degree celcius.....is it alright?

the amd cpu temp is fine it can be a little cooler.check to see how many case fans your rig has..small cases are harder to cool then larger ones. if you have a newer case that has 120mm fans for bottom and top mounting. mount the bottom one to pull air in and the top to blow out. for the gpu they will run hot unless you use msi or another 3 party tool to reset the fan profile. most newer gpu and drivers try to keep the fan to spin slowly til la set temp is hit then the fan of the gpu will spin up faster. with msi you can set a fan profile to make the fan of the gpu max out at a lower temp..this helps when gaming to keep the gpu cooler.

yeah AMD have some HOT CPUS. get a better cooler to not kill your motherboard... with 65ºc caps can survive about 5000 hours. even the loved japanese titanium caps.

"capacitance tolerance and stability, equivalent series resistance (ESR) and dissipation factor are significantly inferior to other types of capacitors, leakage current is higher and working life is shorter. Capacitors can lose capacitance as they age and lose electrolyte, particularly at high temperatures. A common failure mode which causes difficult-to-find circuit malfunction is progressively increasing ESR without change of capacitance, again particularly at high temperature. Large ripple currents flowing through the ESR generate harmful heat".

well mine has one 80mm fan...side case....but the problem is i ve tried even by keeping the case open and still it hits 63......gpu is fine i believe.....its the cpu temp which is of concern especially with next gen games coming...
