Gamestop PS3 controller PC help

I have a gamestop PS3 controller. This one to be exact.

The controller works fine on my windows 7 computer. I plugged it up and windows recognized it without any drivers. I plugged it into my windows 8.1 pc but I get an error (code 43) and it says my usb device is not recognized. How can I fix it?

I tried it. It didn't work. :/ It's still not recognized.
