Psu fan problem !?

ok so here's my current pc setup:-

AMD FX-8320
NVIDIA GTX 650TI 1GB
CORSAIR XMS3 4GB DDR3 RAM
VIP GOLD 500W PSU

Everything is fine at startup but when i start playing any game...the psu makes lots of noise..
Also during browsing the web...

But when i close the game or stop browsing the psu stops making the noise...is it normal?
or only i am facing this problem?

And also i would like to know is the PSU enough for my current build?

If it outputs at a high efficiency then yes it will be enough.
Are you sure the sound is coming from the PSU? What's the exact model of that PSU, I've never heard of that brand.

lol, "VIP GOLD 500W PSU" is probably the problem.

I am from mumbai india...the local vendor here suggested me to get this brand
Its VIP-500 GOLD SMPS

Pleaae suggest me a good psu around 4-5k that will cause low noise atleast !

Is it a high pitched noise? If so, it probably is coil whine..

Also i am using the stock cooler that came with the processor..is it the culprit?

try to clean your cpu cooler, maybe its dusted, put some oil too.

invest some for PSU and a better Cooler
