fps impact on higher res screen

i have a asus g46vw and I've upgraded the cpu to a i7 3632qm have 8gb of ram and a gtx 660m overclocked anyways the screen sucks (1366x768) and is matte which im not a fan of if i upgrade the screen to 1600x900 will the impact be significant right now i get ~40 fps on metro last light on high with phys x im thinking about 15% just want to get opnions i might just get a glossy 1366x768 display
