What is the functions of these "flaps" on my casing ?

Hello I want to know what is the role of these "flaps" on the border on the inside of my casing-
are they meant for cable management?

No, those are some sort of stamp work they do so that if you wanted you could give them a bend to push out on the panel, and keep it from vibrating

This, give it a firm bend as well, and those are NOT for cable management and are mostly included in every case.
