Ok,

No video with DVI cable and PSU cable plugged into Gfx card.

Plug DVI into onboard, power supply still plugged into Gfx card- Still no video.

Unplug PSU from Gfx - works?!

Tested Gfx on different PC - fine

Different PSU - same problem

Update/reset BIOS - same problem

Any ideas???

check on the motherboard that the 4/8 pin cpu power cable is connected. on the newer z77 mb make sure in the bios under primary display is not set ti ipgpu or auto. set it to peg/pci. on boot the gpu should now be the first video device and the output should be from the video card. with the newer mb you have to put the video cable on the gpu output and not the mb.

4/8 Pin Connected

I tried changing the Init Display to PEG and also PCI.

Save and reboot

Disconnect DVI from onboard and into GPU, and reconnect PSU to GPU.

Still not working.

Unplug PSU from GPU and DVI back into onboard DVI slot.

Back into BIOS and it has defaulted back to Init Display has defaulted back to AUTO.
