have brother MFC-6490CW just replaced black cartridge..says Black ink level full.. the color cartridges about half full.. prints and moves but no black appears; color does.... cleaned using self cleaning program.. NOTHING. seems like a great machine if I only wanted color.. Maybe change all print to dark blue??
