My friend wants to over clock this build right here. His going to buy it soon.
He will buy a video card later on in a couple of months after his build.
He wants to over clock it to about 4.4-4.5
He will be using a cooler master evo to cool it
But he dosent know how much power supply he needs.
His thinking about getting 430 with a 750ti or 750 video card.
So he needs enough power for his video card to.
Is 430 enough with the video card?
And also what should he know about over clocking?
His pretty new at is it will be his first time and his wondering when he needs liquid cooling.

I would recommend minimum 500W with this build and 750 Ti. However, if you don't opt the 750Ti and go for high end card then definitely 650W PSU is recommended. It is better to have the headroom in PSU.

The power supply needed will somewhat depend on the GPU your friend wants, but to reiterate EasyLover, 500W should be the minimum. Make sure you get a known brand such as Corsair or Cooler Master and check how many amps it has on the +12V rail, as this is where most of the components will draw power from.

I have a Corsair CX750M which I recommend. It may be overkill, but it has plenty of headroom and opens up possibilities such as Crossfire.
