Hey,

I've found two Zotac GTX 470's going for a great price.
What kind of power supply will I need to run them? I won't be overclocking them at all.

I currently have a Seasonic 850w M12ii Bronze, will that be sufficient with powering them.
I'm also running an intel i5 4670 (no overclock), a couple of fans, two ssds and two hdds. I may be adding a Corsair h100i later if you think that will make any difference.

Thanks

easily enough power there. You have plenty of enough watt headroom also, so you can overclock with plenty of watts to spare.

One more question (completely irrelevant to this thread and you may or may not know the answer), is a Seagate Barracuda 3tb a good harddrive for reliability, noise and heat?

yes, They are very good HDD's, They aren't too noisy, they are reliable and don't tend get hot. I would prefer WD Blacks but that would be much more expensive.
