I've recently build my PC, and we got it working. Now after installing windows and all my steam games and such, half way through reading a forum, the whole thing just turns off. Thinking it I might of kicked the power cord out of the socket, I check. Nope, still plugged in. I try to power it on again. Nothing.
Skip forward an hour (mostly of me worrying it's completely broken) I take out the two power connectors from the GPU, I start it up and it works fine (No screen though, Don't have integrated graphics) I plug in the 6 pin power connector (Gigabyte 760 2gb OC has a 8 pin and a 6pin) and start it up, still works fine (Still no screen output).

I believe that the PSU as screwed up, but it might be the GPU.
Specs:

Gigabyte GeForce GTX 760 OC Edition 2GB

Solution
sounds like the psu is the culprit. it may not be faulty it might just not have enough juice to power your system, but that is a tier 4 power supply so im guessing it is getting over stressed from being pushed to much.

i would def replace and if you have a friend who has a reliable PSU around 500-600w you can borrow to see if it will handle well

Yes, I'm not sure it's stressed though, but it has been running for three days before any of that has happened.
but still, could be anything.
