I currently have a password to log onto my computer, but I think my room mate knows how to bypass it and I suspect he's been going on my computer.

Is there anything else I can do to make my computer more secure so that only I can access it?

look in the event logs to see if it was being used and change your password.

Windows 7 is not secure if you have access to the system. Windows passwords should not be trusted as being secure. They just deter attempts at casual access. you could add a power on password in the BIOS so it can't be booted up with out it.
