Your scores are pretty much exactly as they should be. I've concluded that it must be a WoW related issue and googled it a little. First results with "wow raid fps" was this:

Seems to be a common issue. I can't help you out with that, since I don't own the game, but with that info you should at least be on the right track. You should try finding a solution in the Blizzard forums or just write them directly if you can't find anything helpful.

I don't think so. The 3570k is quite powerful. Monitor your CPU and GPU temperatures as well as their usage. The only thing we can really do is process of elimination..

That isn't much. What about the temperatures? Also see if you have any game with an integrated benchmark and compare your results with those posted on the internet (GPU reviews for example). That way we can see if your hardware is performing normally in other games. If the temps and the benchmarks are OK it might either be a WOW related issue or something else entirely. It could even be a virus or a HDD fault. We'll see.

Sorry got busy due to my exams...my new gpu temp is 72c and usage is 92! whereas the cpu usage is 38, and still getting low fps... last time i forgot to mention i checked my ssd and did a full virus & malware scan so it could be the gpu or the cpu?

What was your CPU temp? Download the trial version of 3dmark11 and let it run through. It benchmarks both your GPU and CPU. You can compare the individual results online. Monitor the CPU temp while you do the benchmark.
