Oh sorry forgot to mention yes it is wow.. i have 3rd gen i5 3570k processor if thats the problem can i overclock it?I don't think so. The 3570k is quite powerful. Monitor your CPU and GPU temperatures as well as their usage. The only thing we can really do is process of elimination..

Not sure if the provided software offers CPU usage. If not, just use task manager.

That isn't much. What about the temperatures? Also see if you have any game with an integrated benchmark and compare your results with those posted on the internet (GPU reviews for example). That way we can see if your hardware is performing normally in other games. If the temps and the benchmarks are OK it might either be a WOW related issue or something else entirely. It could even be a virus or a HDD fault. We'll see.

CPU Temp 62-70CGPU SCORE

Graphics Score 8367
Physics Score 6637
Combined Score 6553
Your scores are pretty much exactly as they should be. I've concluded that it must be a WoW related issue and googled it a little. First results with "wow raid fps" was this:

Seems to be a common issue. I can't help you out with that, since I don't own the game, but with that info you should at least be on the right track. You should try finding a solution in the Blizzard forums or just write them directly if you can't find anything helpful.
