I just want a very good 1080p monitor maybe 144hz i'll use it with my gtx780ti i need it for gaming and as i broadcast streams i need something thar doesent hurt my eyes even after many many hours of gaming so led should be the only option.
i play mainly games like arma3 dota2 and world of tanks if that helps.. the size should be good between 24 and 27.
By my personal research this one is very good benq xl2420t but it is lcd and i heard that ips are the one to go for right now...
Thx for reading

defiantly, the thing is 60Hz is 30fps, and 120Hz is 60fps, when people say the eye can't see over 60fps is one thing I hate, for starters the majority of people use 60Hz monitors, which only view at 30fps, and you eye doesn't view in FPS anyways. But you will most certainly notice the difference. the GTX 780Ti is most certainly enough to power that 144Hz monitor, 144Hz is still 1080p, just the monitor has a much faster screen refresh rate so powering it is essentially the same. and for the record 144Hz is better then 120Hz. Enjoy!
IPS aren't going to be no-where near as good as 120Hz 1ms monitors at gaming. 120Hz compared to 60Hz is huge, From my past experience 120Hz is amazing, it is far more crisp and clear, and there is a way more noticeable difference. In gaming take 120Hz 1ms over IPS any day, it is much better for gaming.

This one in your list is an excellent choice:
