i5 4440 vs fx 6350

Im currently trying to decide which one i should get the i5 4440 vs fx 6350
im gonna use a msi r9 270 and 8 gigs of hyper x kingston ram.
i'm going to play all kinds of games from Rift and gw2 to bf4 and far cry
which one should i pick?

No amount of overclocking will put the FX6350 equal to an i5. The 6350 in particular is not a very good value considering it's just an overclocked FX6300, and you can get the FX8320 for almost the same price. And for the i5, the 4570 is usually less than $10 more than the 4440 and would be a good bit better.
