I'm looking for a low power, quiet build and so far have come two builds, a Micro ATX one and a Mini ITX one.

I'm not going to be using this system for gaming, just lots of web browsing, office, and some audio programmes like Audacity. Would really appreciate some advice on the motherboard because it's the area I'm still not sure on for both build. Can you please give some advice here? Also, out of the two I've put together, which one would you go for? Does anyone have any experience with these components? Do they work well together? Thanks.
