FX-6300 Stock Bus Speed and Multiplier?

I use fx 6300 as my CPU. Speccy shows my bus speed to be 200 and the multiplier changes as I do different tasks. However, Core Temp only shows my bus speed as 171.31 and the CPU speed shown through Core Temp are also always lower than the speed shown through Speccy. For example, Speccy would tell me that the core speeds are 3.8Ghz but Core Temp would tell me the speeds are 3.2 Ghz. Which is weird cuz I thought fx 6300 stock speed is 3.5 Ghz? Which one is the correct one?

Use CPU-Z to see your clock speed info. Your bus speed is 200 and your stock multiplier is 17.5.

3.8ghz is the turbo, and Core Temp is probably showing the stepping, where it slows it down when it's not utilizing it.

Sorry, what I meant was Core Temp and another software shows different speed at the same time when I am gaming.
One shows my CPU at 3.8Ghz while the other shows it at 3.2Ghz. So I was wondering if Core Temp tends to show the wrong speed do you guys know? It even shows a different bus speed of 171.31x19 while the other software shows 200x19
