Solution
Several things can prevent an internet connection working properly. It could be that your internet is not working, so you only have access to the local wireless network. It could be that you have a virus or malware that is blocking your internet access. It could be that you are on the edge of the network, and while you are connected, the connection is too poor to transmit any significant information. It could be that you have recently updated a driver or windows, and the system need to reset.

Lots of things can cause these issues. The more details you give us the more helpful we can be.

Hoping for help also. I'd having the same issues. Running Windows 7, saves connected to internet, email sends and receives, was working fine for Dell laptops (2),Samsung phone, tv, and tablet. Then the laptop running Windows 7 just did this after shutting down and logging into another server. Got home and still have issue. Tried every solution listed.
Thanks for any assistance.
