Hello people. I've been noticing my wifi for some days now and I am surprised by the way it behaves sometimes.
As you can see in the screenshot. Sometimes the bytes sent and received reach to the count that I don't even know how to count it.
It seems impossible to happen.
As you can see the bytes sent/received has reached to the count of 18,000,000,000,000,000.
I don't even know what comes after Terabyte. or billion.

How is this possible? And this just happens within minutes.
I don't know exactly when but it happens in quite less time.

Can anyone tell what is this?
My laptop can connect to the wifi at 75mbps max. So considering this , I cannot receive more than 32GB in an hour but this is surprising.

... that is a bit odd.

Have you run Malwarebytes or the registry cleaner on CCleaner lately? Maybe you have a bug or a corruption somewhere.

How is performance? Is it acting normal, or is your real world performance a bit unpredictable as well?

I am running the malwarebytes now. I never needed that. I've been using Norton Internet security since 2 years and everything was fine.
And CCleaner I run after a month or so. I recently reinstalled the OS.So haven't run CC yet.
About the performance, everything is fine. I don't notice any performance issues.

I don't think this is going past the wifi router.
I didn't mention that I have a modem from the ISP. After that I am using my own wifi router for the wifi access.
This is all happening around the wifi router or my laptop.
If this was through the ISP I would have been arrested or something. Or won an award or something for doing the impossible.
So have you seen something like this before?

Alright. I'm running the malwarebytes scan. I will update this if I see this again or not after the removal.
