While booting my DC Intel 2.53 ghz cpu, Asus P5KPL- AM/PS mobo system connected usb keyboard/ mouse it gives error message as,
"Keyboard/ interface error
press F1 to resume",
But on pressing F1 the screen goes to blank screen looking to bootup but then
"Windows boot manager" window comes up where it says,
The computer is unable to boot as the communication device is unable to connect your computer.
and below it states some more info;
File: \Boot \BCD,
Status: 0xc00000e9,
Info: An unexpected I/O error has occured.
And askes to press Enter=continue or press Esc, but on pressing any of the two it reboots and again do the same. I have checked its detecting both HDD/ DVDRW shows on Bios setup.
I tried to connect working Ps/2 keyboard but this time it gives error as, keyboard/ interface error press F1 to resume then says No keyboard detected.
Please help me resolve this issue asap!
