Yes IE or Chrome ONLY! Not Firefox thus far. But after numerous virus attempts upgraded to Windows 8.1 a self Directx. Exe file ran upon completion that I am not sure what is or why it ran! Then after reinstalling firewall went on line in IE and Chrome it will do it.
When you reboot often it seems like it is trying to do it in start up you hear windows welcome but can't see then desktop log in appears? I still think it is a virus because this started with Chrome?
