I must have looked at a different M5A78, I checked again and sure enough it does.

Sorry about the bad advice.

If you don't plan on having a high end GPU, you could easily get away with a quality 450 - 500W PSU. Basically anything that is 80+ Certified Bronze should be good enough.

The 8350 is not supported by that motherboard.

You need a 95W CPU for that board, the FX8350 is a 125W CPU.

You either need to go to a better motherboard or step down to an FX8300 or FX6300.

Regardless of what power supply you use, the motherboard is not capable of running that CPU.
