hi. my internet speed 11mbps and ping 13ms. can i play bf4 on ultra? i live in azerbaijan ( near turkey) in games my ping shows 100 or 120.i dont know why. one another question....are consoles better than pc on ping? how much

Your ping has nothing to do with being able to play the game on Ultra settings. It's almost all based on your computer. Console vs PC ping should be about the same as they all go though your internet connection, although most likely to different servers.

If you have a slow connection you may get some lag and on lower settings it may play smoother, but your ping times are a tiny part of how high you can set your quality in games.

well to play BF4 on ultra you need a good computer not a good internet connection.

and your 100 ping is correct if you play in servers far away from your home country, if it's in a server close to you then it might be an issue with the server itself.

no idea on the consoles though, I'd imagine it's about the same
