On the host computer:
Go to Control Panel > Network and Sharing Center > (On the left side of window click) Chang Advanced Sharing Settings > Scroll down to public (expand by clicking drop down arrow if not expanded) > Turn on file and printer sharing > Scroll down and see if Password protected sharing is on (make sure you read description for full understanding).
On computer you want to use printer on:
Click on the start button and type 'Add a Printer' then click add a printer. You want to select 'Add a network, wireless or Bluetooth printer. You want to add the printer from your host computer follow the direction. Once the printer is added and drivers installed, you want to go to start button again and type 'Devices and Printers' click on devices and printers and then right click the printer you installed and set as default.
