Cant tell if its my motherboard OR my PCU?

so my computer keeps cutting out for now apparent reason! i write this frantically encase of cut out but i cant tell if its the psu or motherboard. initial i kept getting orphaned files messages and cut outs windows wont start unless it fixes something each time so i got a new hard drive. the orphaned files have gone now no errors or issues about that anymore but computer is still cutting out and having issues when starting up windows.
cut outs are random but also coincide with watching flash videos/ adverts.
psu has gained a wine recently that has become irregular.
occasional freezing does occur and issues with connecting to the internet is also common basicaly my computers being an *ssh(*^ any ideas on if its the psu or mobo any response will be greatly appreciated

Spec is beneath also i added new hardrive and ram so 8GB ram now and different hard drive

check to see that your cpu is not overheating

seems to be the PSU just put in a new corsair 600W and everything seems good will keep u updated if anything changes =DDDDD
