Hi guys . Im making my first build and after a lot of time invested searching for the best price/ performance option i have this:
-Processor: Core i5-4670K 240 $
- Video: EVGA AGeForce GTX 780 3GB 384-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 SLI Support Video Card 530$
-Ram : G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) 150$
-Hard disk Seagate Barracuda 3TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 119 $
-Mobo: ASUS MAXIMUS VI HERO LGA 1150 195 $
-CPU cooler : COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 EVO 40 $
-Shell: CM Storm Trooper - Gaming Full Tower Computer 150$
-SSD: SAMSUNG 840 EVO 250GB 162 $
-Power supply: CORSAIR Enthusiast Series TX650 V2 650W 90 $
-Mouse: Razer DeathAdder 2013 Ergonomic PC Gaming Mouse 50$
-Keyboard : Microsoft SIDEWINDER X4 Keyboard 50$
-Monitor : ASUS VG248QE Black 24" 144Hz 1ms 279 $

My question is that if the 650 psu is enough for this build ?, because some people told me i will need a 750 ,or even 850 w psu if i add anything else in the near future. So i need your advice : if i should get a 750 w or an 850 which one should i get ?( i prefer a silent and powerful one) Is better a Cooler Master over a Corsair psu? Or they are even fair ?

Your video card alone:

Requirements
Minimum of a 600 Watt power supply.
(Minimum recommended power supply with +12 Volt current rating of 42 Amps.)
Two available 8-pin PCI-E power connectors or four available 6 pin PCI-E power connectors
Total Power Draw : 250 Watts

650w is plenty if you plan on staying with a single GPU. If you want to SLI in the future, I would go for an 850w PSU. Don't get a Cooler Master PSU, the one you selected is perfectly fine.

Apart from being able to save a bit, it all looks great to me :)

If you think you will be adding another video card in the future, I would recommend the 850W PSU. If you will be keeping just the single 780 and overclocking the 4670K, a 650W power supply is perfect.

Seasonic, Corsair and XFX are some of the best power supplies on the market today. When it comes to saving ~$20, the PSU is not the place to do so if your budget allows. A good power supply from those 3 companies will let your computer be much more stable and quiet along with being more reliable through power delivery that has low amounts of noise/power ripple, delivers the correct rated voltages, plenty of cooling and reliable components.

Would you say that is better If i get a the tx750 w corsair instead of the 650 ? Thank you guys im buying the psu tomorrow so jsut need to be sure for everything. Also i wanted to ask if you guys know but : Is it necesarry to put thermal paster on the cpu ? or can i skip that when ensambling the pc?

I think you can get the TX750W if you think you might get another GPU at a later date.

You will definitely want to put a very thin coat of thermal paste on the CPU.

If you are not planning on SLI in the future, going with the 750w would be a waste of some money. If you do want to SLI in the future, get the 850w version.

I am more likely to replace my gpu in some years, or it will be better to sli/crossfire by that time ?

If it'll be a few years, might as well go with a single card at that time. If it's a few years down the line, and you do plan to go SLI, I think 750w might be too little because of degradation, so I would go with an 850w one now if that's the plan.

Yes, the XFX will serve you well.

Modular just means you don't have any extra cables you don't need. If you don't have a window, it really doesn't matter. I like them because it keeps the inside of the case tidy, and helps improve airflow. It's up to you whether or not it's worth the extra money, but with this build, might as well :)
