i got a virus from a friend thats home made thet opens a process that is named xintv.com that allows him to controll my comput

Try using Total Commander (run it as admin), make sure to first choose in TC's options to show hidden/system files,
go to Configuration->Options->Display-> show hidden/system files.

If you're still unable to delete those files, try it again booting your windows in safe mode, press F8 when the pc is starting, then from the options choose "safe mode".

this is a walware who load other one it is from china so the first thing load malwarebytes for a full system scan then put your antivirus up to date then unplug from network and made a full scan on the system even the archive and the back up also if you anti virus software could do it made a start up scan first .
