start up problem

When ever I turn on my computer, it does not load a display, the computer runs normally with lights and working disk trey, but no visual.
I've tried using different video ports but with no success.

The monitor is on, yes.
Cx500 corsair power
4 gb of ram
770 nvidia graphics
Asrock mother board

Do you have another video card you can try? The GTX770 may be a bit much for a 500W "CX," especially over an extended period of time.

I do, but I have no idea what it is. It has msi on it and is black and blue.

Look on the back of it for any labels or part numbers.

Occasionally it will up just fine with no problems, however, this is like once every like one hindered tries of restarting it
