Yes, you have an mATX motherboard and an mATX case. No problems there.
You will have to remove the HDD bays from the case for the GPU to be installed though.

For a R9 270X? That's like a HD7870, which I have installed in a Fractal Design Define Mini with all cages in place. If I want to install a HD7970, I must first remove the drive cage, but I can put it back in (sideways) after the graphics card is installed.
