Start the Regional Options Control Panel applet (Start, Settings, Control Panel, Regional Options).

Select the General tab.

For the "Menus and dialogs" option, select the appropriate language from the drop-down list.

Click OK.

Click No when asked whether the system should make the change for all users on the machine.

Log off, then log on for the new language option to take effect.

is their a photo or diagram that would illustrate what symbols to use. you know it is in Spanish....
