See this post to get an idea of what I have been through already. I had 2 2GB sticks of PNY XLR8 and I also had 2 2GB sticks of Corsair Dominator RAM installed while running these memtests. Originally I thought that it would be okay to mix these two different RAM stick types because the voltages were the same, the speed was the same, but the CAS timings were different (I think the XLR8 is 8-8-8-24 but you can run it at CAS 9). After that helpful gentleman told me that it was faulty RAM, I removed the XLR8. So far, I haven't had any blue screens, but I also can't get Battlefield to boot. It just freezes my computer, and I have to hard restart it. Also, I might also mention that none of this stuff happened prior to my upgrade to Windows 8.1 (to the best of my knowledge). Thanks for any help you can give, and as always, if you have any questions, just ask away.

Solution
The 480 is an older card now and a real power hog, but it's only really slow if you're comparing it to current cards that cost $500+, it should handle BF4 okay. I'm guessing the Windows 8.1 update screwed something up with the game. Try reinstalling BF4, and if you didn't reinstall your Nvidia graphics drivers, do so, and hopefully that will resolve your problems.
